EKA 1000 F is a coated abrasive with synthetic aluminum oxide abrasive. Backing options include paper, cotton cloth, polyester cloth, or paper/cloth combination. It provides strong cutting force and is suitable for grinding and sanding various materials. The product is stable and non-hazardous under recommended handling and storage conditions.
Suitable for primer sanding machines (MSF1300A, etc.). Can be used for raw wood and primer sanding. Custom sizes and grit ranges are available upon request.
Store in moderate constant temperature and humidity conditions. During grinding, wear safety goggles, dust mask, gloves, ear defenders, etc. General dust limit: max. 6 mg/m³. Hazardous decomposition products may be generated at temperatures exceeding 250°C.
