Custom Sanding Machines Built Around Your Process

Build the sanding path, machine parameters, and OEM details around the workpiece instead of forcing the process into a fixed catalog configuration.

MASA develops custom sanding machines for factories with nonstandard workpieces and machinery brands that need OEM/ODM supply, then checks the agreed setup with supplied material before shipment.

Align Process, Production, and Market Requirements

A custom build can bring three connected requirements into a single machine specification.

This keeps engineering decisions connected instead of treating each change as a separate add-on.

Process Fit

Select the head sequence and contact method around the workpiece profile, sanding stage, and target finish.

Production Fit

Set the working range, feed, drive power, and dust-extraction capacity around the required operating conditions.

Market Fit

Carry agreed branding, machine color, voltage, electrical protection, and operating requirements into the same project scope.

Tooling and Head Sequence

Depending on the process, the layout can combine milling heads, triangular sanding units, sanding heads, or disc sanding units. Applicable small sanding rollers can be pulled out for replacement.

The order follows the workpiece geometry, surfaces that need contact, and required processing sequence.

Physical Machine Parameters

Working width, feed speed, drive motor power, and dust-extraction airflow can be engineered as project-specific parameters. The selected values follow the workpiece range, target output, sanding load, and extraction requirement rather than a fixed product table.

Carry Your Brand and Market Requirements into the Build

Brand Presentation

OEM/ODM projects can include agreed machine branding, nameplates, and paint colors. These details are defined together with the equipment configuration so the finished machine follows the approved project specification.

Electrical and Operating Requirements

Voltage, target-market electrical protection, control requirements, and operating documentation can be assessed as part of the same build. The quotation records the agreed options and project scope.

Territory representation and sales cooperation are handled through the MASA Partner Program.

Turn the Workpiece into an Approved Build Specification

Analyze the Workpiece

Use a supplied sample or 3D drawing to identify profile curves, processing faces, material, and sanding stage.

Design the Sanding Path

Match the head order, abrasive approach, and contact angle to the workpiece and required finish.

Test the Actual Material

Run the project material on the proposed setup and inspect the relevant surfaces after sanding.

Freeze the Build Specification

Confirm the head layout, physical parameters, OEM or electrical options, and acceptance points before manufacturing begins.

Build and Verify the Agreed Machine

Custom projects can start from one machine. The production schedule is set after the engineering scope is approved.

The machine is assembled against the confirmed head sequence, physical parameters, and OEM or electrical options.

Supplied project material is processed on the completed machine to check the agreed function and preset configuration.

Final checks cover voltage, leakage protection, function under material load, and appearance. Buyers may also arrange a video inspection or visit the factory.

Start Your Custom Project

Describe the workpiece, material, dimensions, profile, sanding stage, target finish, output, and required custom changes.

For OEM/ODM projects, include branding, paint color, voltage, electrical, or documentation requirements. Attach photos or drawings where available; samples can be coordinated after the application scope is reviewed.

  • Custom builds can start from one machine
  • From workpiece or 3D-drawing analysis to a frozen build specification
  • Factory acceptance checks with your project material before shipment
  • Agreed branding, colors, voltage, and electrical protection carried into the build
