Sheet-Metal and Frame Work
In-house sheet-metal work covers machine frames and enclosure panels.
MASA Machinery builds industrial sanding equipment in a 3,000+ m² Foshan factory—sheet metal, assembly, machine setup, and line-layout support under one roof.
Frames, enclosures, assembly, setup, and matching consumables move through MASA’s Foshan operations before a machine leaves the floor.

Sanding units, conveyors, and controls are assembled and configured by machine family. CNC edge profile machines use servo systems; wide-profile machines may use PLC-based control.
MASA’s own consumables plant supplies abrasive strips, sisal brushes, pads, belts, and sanding rollers—with the machine or as a standalone order.
The same engineering that shapes individual machines also supports linked lines and plant layouts.
On applicable profile and surface sanders, disc-type piano-key pads lift at panel edges using a travel switch and optical encoder—so contact stays controlled where rework usually starts.
On CNC edge profile sanders, servo control advances and retracts the head along curved and irregular edges.
For automated sanding lines and plant layouts, MASA can prepare an initial proposal in about 3–5 days once output and process details are complete.
Critical controls, drives, pneumatics, and sensors come from established industrial brands. Exact mixes vary by machine family and are confirmed at quotation.
Every machine clears four outgoing checks before packing.
Confirm the electrical configuration and supply voltage.
Verify the leakage-protection circuit before material runs.
Run sample material to confirm functions and operating settings. When the custom setup includes display presets, those settings are stored before shipment.
Inspect enclosure finish, labels, and overall condition before packing.

One standard machine typically ships in 7–10 days after the deposit. Minimum order: 1 machine.
Automated sanding line projects typically take 45–60 days, depending on layout and configuration.
Remote troubleshooting usually gets a response within 3–4 hours on working days. Installation support includes video guidance, English manuals, and on-site visits for larger customers.
Warranty is about 12 months. For faults not caused by misuse, MASA can supply replacement parts after review. Overseas air delivery typically takes about 7 days.
Share the workpiece, finish target, and output need. MASA will recommend a machine configuration or line-layout direction.
