The production line combines multiple machines to achieve the best double-side profile sanding effect.
It can complete double-sided sanding, paint polishing and other processes in one pass, and can be flexibly assembled according to production requirements.
The automatic sanding production line runs at a feed speed of 10 m/min with a utilization rate of 80%, producing 786 panels per day. This nearly doubles the efficiency of a single
machine (393 panels) and significantly reduces labor costs and intensity.
The line consists of hydraulic lifts, power roller coaters, wide belt profile sanders, and cylinder type panel turners, which can be flexibly arranged to meet the process requirements of different wooden door products.
