Engineering Highlights

Multi-Directional Sanding for Complex Profiles

Multi-Directional Sanding for Complex Profiles

The MS1300-7 combines multiple sanding units working from different directions to reach grooves, edges, recessed details and shaped transitions that are difficult to process with a conventional flat sanding system.
This makes the machine suitable for cabinet doors, carved wood components and other profiled panels, covering applications from raw-wood sanding and deburring to primer sanding. The sanding unit arrangement can also be configured around different workpiece structures and finishing requirements.

Floating Sanding with Sensor-Controlled Lifting

Floating Sanding with Sensor-Controlled Lifting

Independent floating sanding assemblies help the abrasives follow variations in the workpiece profile while maintaining more stable contact across uneven surfaces.
A key-type sensing system controls automatic head lifting as the panel enters and leaves the sanding zone, helping reduce excessive contact at the leading and trailing edges. This is particularly useful when sanding doors and profiled components with changing surface heights.

Designed for Faster Abrasive Changes and Daily Maintenance

Designed for Faster Abrasive Changes and Daily Maintenance

The sanding system is designed around modular, service-friendly components. Selected sanding assemblies can be pulled out for easier access, while quick-change disc heads and hook-and-loop abrasives simplify routine abrasive replacement.
PLC touchscreen control centralizes machine operation and adjustment. The modular structure also allows different sanding unit combinations to be selected for specific products and surface requirements.
